These terms explain the conditions under which you can use casamoviltx.com and, above all, what the things published here do and do not mean. The part that matters most is in the first two sections.
The homes published on this site are examples of the kind and quality of home we carry. They are not live inventory. Our lot turns over every week, and several of the homes on these pages have most likely already sold. Publishing a home here is not an offer of sale, it does not reserve anything, and it is not a promise that the home is still available.

The estimator on the financing page exists so you can move the numbers and see how a monthly payment changes. It is not a quote, not a credit offer, not an approval, and it commits nobody to financing anything. The values it opens on are an example and are not our terms: we do not publish a fixed down payment, a fixed rate or a fixed length, because financing is agreed home by home and family by family. No figure that comes out of that estimator binds anyone, you or us. Your real terms are the ones written into the contract you sign.
The photos on this site are real photographs of homes that have been through our lot; they are not renders or catalogue shots. The details alongside them — bedrooms, bathrooms, dimensions, year and home type — are published in good faith and exactly as we received them, and they may contain errors or be out of date. We do not warrant them. Before you buy, come and walk the home: what you see and measure on the lot is what counts, not what a web page says.
Superior Mobile Home Solutions operates as a manufactured housing retailer under Texas licence MHDRET00037870, issued by the Manufactured Housing Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). You do not have to take our word for it: the state publishes a register where anyone can look that licence up, free, with no account needed.

If you have a complaint about us or about your manufactured home, the TDHCA takes it directly. You do not need our permission and you do not have to go through us to file one.
This is a housing business and we treat it as one. We sell and finance homes without discriminating on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin. We do not change the price, the terms or the way we deal with someone for any of those reasons. If you need to be dealt with in Spanish, that is our everyday language; and if you need any accommodation in order to walk a home or to understand the paperwork, tell us and we will arrange it.
Superior Mobile Home Solutions runs more than one website. They are separate sites, with their own content and their own forms, and these terms apply to casamoviltx.com only. When you leave this site for any other one — including YouTube, Google and Facebook — that site's terms and policies apply rather than ours.
The text, the photographs, the videos, the logo and the design of this site are ours or are used with permission. Share the link to any page with anyone you like; it helps us. What you may not do is copy our photos or our content and publish them as your own, or use our name or our logo to suggest that you represent Superior Mobile Home Solutions or that you are selling our homes.
Use this site for what it is: finding a home, asking about financing, offering us a home you want to sell, or working out how to get to the lot. Do not use the forms or the chat to send advertising, illegal content, or somebody else's information without their permission. Do not try to reach parts of the site that are not public, interfere with how it runs, or scrape it automatically. We can stop replying to, and block, anyone who uses these channels for something else.
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and the version published on this page is the one that applies. If you carry on using the site after a change, we take that as acceptance of the published version.
