No. We do not ask for tax documents. We will ask for a valid ID and some proof of income so we can find a monthly payment that fits.
Can I put the home on my own land?
Yes. Many of the families who buy from us already own their land and just need the home. We coordinate moving and setting it on your lot. We also work with homes that go into a park.
